Transformation Academy - Fall 2022

This is a 4-week group exercise class specifically made for exercise beginners. It’s hard to figure out fitness on your own. Instead, get with a group of fellow beginners and follow the guidance of an exercise professional that will slowly progress you toward your goals.


  • Starts on Monday, October 24th

  • Ends on Saturday, November 19th

Workout times:

  • Monday 6pm-6:45pm

  • Tuesday 6pm-6:45pm

  • Wednesday 8am-8:45am

  • Thursday 6:30pm-7:15pm

  • Saturday 8:30am-9:15am

This 4-week program will start off slow at a beginner level and then slowly progress you at a comfortable pace towards your goals. The exercises will be low-impact and beginner friendly. All exercises we do can easily be modified to make them more or less challenging based on your own abilities.

The main focus will be on weight loss, improving balance, improving coordination, increasing endurance, and overall strength.

We will use cardio machines, practice fundamental bodyweight movements, and do lighter dumbbell lifting. The blend of lifting and cardio is the best way to improve your health and fitness.

This program is limited to 12 people. There are 5 different times to choose from each week and the goal is to attend around 2-3 classes. We offer 5 class options to make it easier for your schedule, however, the goal is not to attend all.

The sessions are 45min long and will include:

  • General warm-up and stretch to get the body ready

  • Technique work of today’s movements

  • 8-15min of a medium-paced circuit mixed with cardio and lifting

  • Cool down and stretch

We only do a Transformation Academy 1-2 times per year don’t wait to sign up because these tend to sell out. There will not be a New Years transformation academy.
