Dynamite Fat Loss Program

A 27-day program for a healthier you.



This program is designed for the exercise beginner whose main goal is weight loss.



This program includes:



  • Individualized nutrition coaching

  • Personalized nutrition packets that include what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, and grocery lists for rapid fat loss.

  • 2x per week in-person group class coaching at TNT Fitness

  • Weekly accountability check-in from your coach

  • Optional 2x per week no equipment at home assignments



Dates:



  • Starts on Wednesday, October 25th

  • Ends on Monday, November 20th



Workout times:



  • Mondays 6-6:45 pm

  • Wednesdays 6-6:45 pm



Workout Program:



  • The workouts will be focused on low to moderate-intensity cardio, flexibility, and stability. This program is a stepping stone to prepare you for more intense exercise but we need to walk before we run.

  • We are accepting 8 participants to make sure that you receive 100% individual attention and accountability.

This program is led and designed by Coach Oscar. He has over a decade of experience coaching beginners. His experience combined with a Master's degree in Human Performance and being a Pain-Free Performance Specialist takes out all the guesswork for you.


This program is perfectly squeezed in before the hectic holiday season starts. Who wants to diet over Thanksgiving or join a gym in December? No one.

What you can not do, is wait until 2024 to make positive fitness changes. This change needs to happen now and our Dynamite Fat Loss Program will set you on a great path with fellow beginners.

FAQ


‘I’m really out of shape can I do this program?’


YES. This is exactly who this program is for. We will start very gradually and the cornerstone of this program is nutrition, something that any fitness level can do.



‘There’s several of the in-person class times I can’t make. Would I still benefit from this program?’


Yes. The most important part of this program is the individualized and detailed nutrition plan. You could follow the diet, not do a single at-home or gym workout, and still see results. Obviously, doing the classes will be ideal but missing a few sessions will not be detrimental to your fitness success.



‘I have a knee that bothers me at times and I don’t feel comfortable lifting heavy, will this program be a bad fit?’


No. The low to moderate-intensity cardio we will be doing are all performed on low-impact machines. If any exercise doesn’t feel good coach Oscar will have several substitutions available for you. We work with people who have knee replacements, fused spines, and more severe limitations on a daily basis. There will be zero heavy lifting in this class and the few lifts we will perform are focused on stability and postural improvements.



‘Is 27 days enough to see real results?’


Following the nutrition program and participating in these workouts will produce significant results over only 4 weeks. What’s more important than losing weight in 4 weeks is your future. This is plenty of time to establish some new and powerful habits. With these new and improved habits, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve in 2024.
