I started running competitively in 2000 and have been running in one capacity or another ever since. I was lucky enough to compete at the collegiate level earning Academic All American recognition as well qualifying for nationals, setting (and breaking) numerous school records, and bringing home a Conference title in the 400 meter hurdles. I've dabbled in road races of all distances, enjoyed competing in local triathlons, and am lucky to be able to incorporate my own love of fitness into coaching youth track and field. I've taken the L1 course and have enjoyed years of coaching CrossFit. After taking some "time off" from fitness after the birth of my youngest (which I don't recommend;) I am so thankful to be back at my home away from home loving my fitness journey as both a coach and an athlete here at TNT.
