Bio:

I have been involved in fitness my entire life. I have an older brother that I was always trying to keep up with and I think it’s part of what founded my athletic, driven nature. Growing up, I played many sports like baseball, basketball, etc with my brother and neighborhood best friends. I played competitive soccer from Kindergarten until I graduated college from Lindenwood in 2012. I was able to travel all over the country for soccer and I have to thank my parents for such amazing experiences.

After I finished my soccer career, I needed to find something active to stay healthy. I had joined a few regular gyms and would even go on runs (anyone who knows me now knows I dislike distance running so there’s no shock I didn’t want to stick with that). I would walk into a regular gym and do a set on each machine and head out. I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted and so I knew I needed something else. Luckily, I had met Oscar, who was already into CrossFit, so he introduced me to it. We did our first CF workout together at Lindenwood and my arms hurt so bad I could barely wash my hair that week. Naturally, I was sold.

I also competed in Olympic Weightlifting from 2017-2022.  I qualified for the highest level weightlifting competitions in the United States, the National Championships and the American Open Finals multiple years in a row.

As far as my career at TNT, I joined the staff and began cleaning the gym in 2013. I started working as a coach and doing the newsletter in 2014. In 2019, Oscar and I took over ownership of the gym and it’s really come full circle. TNT has truly changed my life forever and I’m so grateful for the opportunities and people that have come into my life because of it.
